DAILY HEALTH

 

Wellness, or really a perceived lack of it, has sometimes hindered my ability to live life to the fullest. Whether it’s health, hormones, or hypochondriasm, I wish I had kept a diary of everything. Not only would it have helped deal with issues that would pop up later, but it would be hilarious now to see how insanely stressed I became over mostly nothing. These entries are the way I remember how things went down. Some I can remember clearly, others may be skewed by a menopausal brain.
